Abstract Artwork

It’s an abstract artwork. The colors and strokes symbolize the figure that paths that we undertake in life to reach our goals. Our connections with each other and with our environment is an ever-evolving process. While live and learn we are moving towards our goals.

Pathways is about the connection and communication between people and their environment. We are constantly in communication with those we intend to connect with and even those with who we unintentionally connect with. All life is in constant flux and change and we moving with it. The colors in the painting are flashes of bright which symbolizes life and its myriad forms.

The composition with its colors and definite strokes and layers is an expression of what I believe is our connection with each other and our environment. It’s about our engagement with life. I believe that beyond the functionality of living, the joy of being human is the fact that we are able to contemplate and hence are capable of conscious living. It is an Acrylic painting on paper.
