“Alicia” portrait is a part of a series called “Beyond the Trend”. It highlights the natural beauty of females. After living more than a decade in UAE and Singapore, Darya has been developing an understanding of coexistence among different cultures and racial differences. The idea is to showcase how beautiful every ethnic is. Using mixed media enables to create complex texture adding an awe effect to this painting. With combination of shimmering gold and purple hues this artwork catches the attention of any view.
